In my zeal to share new musical discoveries, I often forget that my friends across the pond aren't exposed to the (sometimes excellent) bands that we in the UK seem to be all too aware of. The Maccabees are one such example. The Brighton-based group's debut album Colour It In has been out for ages (April? May?) and when I saw these guys at Reading in August the crowd was insane.
