Friday Five: Two-foot Express

There's nothing new to post in this week's Friday Five. These are just tracks that get me up and out of the house for work. Once out of the house, they ease my two-foot commute. Everyone has their own tracks that gets them up and at 'em.
Here's what got me to work this week:
Enjoy!
P.s. For those in Ottawa, catch The Lovely Feathers on March 8 with The Love Machine and Oceans at Mavericks.

New Music Monday: Balmorhea

I recently stumbled across a great music-related social media site entitled theSIXTYONE, a great site where users promote the music they enjoy and discover music enjoyed by others.  For the time being, the majority of the music is independently released, so thesixtyone serves as another vehicle for exposing these artists.
One such artist I fell in love with, Balmorhea, are not necesarilly new, but new to me.  Their latest album All is Wild, All is Silent, as well as the previous, Rivers Arms, are incredibly soothing musical adventures.  Think about Sigur Ros, stripped down to keys, acoustic guitar, and strings.
